Every tool on this page passes four tests:

• It searches people you don’t already know: a network or database of hundreds of millions of profiles, not just your applicants.
• You can search on more than a job title: filters, or the role described in your own words.
• It gives you a way to reach the people it finds: contact details or messages.
• The price is public: published by the vendor, or widely reported where the vendor shows it only at sign-up.

Prices are per user per month, in US dollars, from each vendor’s own pages. LinkedIn doesn’t publish its prices, so its row shows the widely reported price.
