Qualso provides analysis of written candidate recommendations (“send-outs”) to help users evaluate how clearly those messages support a hiring decision.
The Service evaluates the content of the recommendation, not the candidate. Outputs are informational and analytical in nature and are intended to support, not replace, professional judgment.
Qualso does not provide legal, employment, HR, or professional advice.
We do not guarantee interviews, hiring outcomes, client responses, or any specific result. All hiring decisions and communications remain the sole responsibility of the user.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.
By using the Service, you represent that you have the right to submit the content provided and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality, employment, or contractual obligations.
We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from use of the Service to improve our products and services. We do not sell or share individual user content with other users.

Paid features require an active subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, and cancellation terms are described at the point of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or by attempting to interfere with the operation of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
