Call Transcript Software

Paid tools that record your calls and give you the full, word-for-word transcript, compared side by side.

Last checked October 10, 2026.

What makes the list

Every tool on this page passes four tests:

  • You get the full, word-for-word transcript as text you can keep. A summary isn’t enough: it’s someone else’s version of what was said.
  • It works where you talk: Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, and for some, phone calls and in person.
  • It tells everyone the call is being recorded, or gives you a way to.
  • The price is published.

Prices are per user per month, in US dollars, from each vendor’s own pages.
